Yes you can. Taxis in Tenerife have everything from a 5 seater to an 8 seater with wheelchair access ramp.

How do you order a Taxi with a wheelchair access ramp?

If you are staying at a hotel, ask your reception to order you one.

If you are already out, find your closest taxi rank and if there isn´t one available, ask the first taxi that appears to call you one, alternatively you can ask a local bar or restaurant to call you one as well.
