ORDER YOUR ITEMS
Browse our website and place all the items you require in your basket and checkout with our easy online checkout
Step 2
DELIVER YOUR ITEMS
Once your order has been confirmed, and your selected delivery date arrives we will deliver your items to your selected location.
Delivery to Hotel - Your items will be delivered prior to your arrival and will be waiting for you at reception, on checkout please return the items to the reception at the selected collection time and our team will collect them after this time
Delivery to Private Accommodation - Unless agreed otherwise, we will meet you at your accommodation. We will monitor your flight and contact you around 2 hours after you have landed to arrange a delivery time.

ENJOY YOUR ITEMS
Enjoy your stay in Tenerife, and know if there is anything else we can do to make your stay more comfortable, we are just a call away.
Step 4
COLLECT YOUR ITEMS
We will collect your items at the date and time selected during checkout.
Staying in a Hotel - Just leave your items with reception prior to the collection time and our team will collect the items directly from reception after your time selected.
Staying in Private Accommodation - Our team will meet you at the time selected on your booking.
